Awful... From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 5/6/2008 Years at this apartment: 2007 - 2008   Problems I had during my stay: Water pipe busted and my apartment was completely flooded while I was at work. A bunch of my stuff was ruined. Air Conditioner leaked in a closet I didn't use and only opened once (on my first day in). This caused a bunch of mold and even mushrooms growing in my closet. When someone was mowing the lawn the lawnmower chucked a rock at my car and busted out my side-mirror. Noise level was ridiculous, I heard every single foot step in the apartment above me and I heard the people next to me using the bathroom every time they used it. I woke up to people having conversations in the hallway almost every night. When I was getting the rest of my stuff out of the apartment I came in to find all the doors open and my $80 bottle of cologne missing out of the bathroom cabinet. My door would not be completely closed unless I dead-bolted it. I think someone kicked in my door and they never repaired the frame. My closet door rollers came off their guides more often than not. Positive things during my stay: I paid $519 a month. Mainetence guys were pretty cool and fast to respond to issues (except when it took one of them three hours to call me back during a crisis that I stated above).
