Dont do it....the model building looked nothing like the bldg I moved into. Everyday Belleville highschool students skipped school and stayed in my bldg smoking weed hiding in the laundry room rapping and playing loud music at 8am. Complained about it and nothing was really done. the hallways were smelly nasty and need to be upgraded. No security in buildings people can come and go as they please. Maintenace are extra slow takes days even weeks for a repair and by then I fixed my own stuff. Nets everywhere kill about 20 a day they come from where' Exactly we still dont know been living there for 3 months and have made plans to leave soon. Good thing the apartments are huge in size the main reason why I moved there I am pregnant and there was enough room for me the baby and my boyfriend but now we are ready to go there are better apartments... I must say, you can't blame the nasty smell in the hallways on management. Alot of times it depends on what the tenant (your neighbor) is cooking and whether the tenant keeps his/her apartment clean. A nasty smell from a apartment will get out into the hall. (we do live in a apartment building.) Trust me everyone is not clean. If your having problems with high schooler's in your building smoking weed and rapping, you should call the police if management isn't taking care of the problem. They also have way's for you to take care of your net problem. So like I said before. Alot of things we all can take care of ourselves. We can't blame EVERYTHING on management.
