Years at this apartment: 2000 - 2001
I'm surprised by the bad reviews already posted. I lived here 2000-2001, and I regret moving out. I had only a few minor problems with my apartment, once with the garbage disposal and once with the toilet, and both were fixed the next day. Sure, the people in the parking lot were loud, but I turned on a fan for noise and then drifted off to sleep. There are no security measures, but I never felt like I needed any. I always felt perfectly safe there, and if I were returning to the Belleville area, I would move back in to Belmont Manor. I also got my security deposit back rather quickly.
