I have lived here for almost a year. My lease is up in less than two months (Thank you JESUS!) and I am counting down the days. My overall experience there has been fair. They keep the grounds clean. Security is around all the time. The apartments are very nice and clean. Maintance is usually pretty quick on responding to problems. I only had one issue where my dishwasher was broken and it took them 3 weeks to respond. Well, it's still broken and that was about 3 months ago.
I love the location, right off the lake. The area is beautiful. The only thing I suggest is make sure you can afford to live there before moving in. All of that bull-ra ra about your downstairs neighbors heat also heating your apartment, don't believe it. I fell for it, thinking I would rarely have to turn on my heat and was in for an unplesant surprise. The staff- they are professional and were extremely helpful to me throughout my stay there. That was the favor of God. I don't know if anyone else there has received the same treatment as I, but it's been great. I regret that the rent is as high as it is. Unaffordable for a single female trying to work her way through college.
