I lived in this place for less than a month. When I am paying over $700 per month plus utilities, I expect a reasonable amount of peace of mind. If you want peace of mind it is not here. I would guess that 40-60% of the people living in this complex don't work. While you are at work they steal your stuff. They were able to break into my house twice, once with a screwdriver in the deadbolts (that they must have bought from the dollar store) and another time snapping the plastic framed windows. Not what would be expected for the price. The maintennance staff are friendly but they never did fix my dishwasher which was broken before I moved in. The office staff is a joke, they don't do what they are supposed to do which would firstly be sending out some kind of notice after the third break in in two weeks, but they wouldnt because they knew people would do what I did and get the hell out of there. I am in collections but have never been sued for the 2000 breaking the lease fee. Theyll get that money over my dead body. I hope enough people see this review to know never ever ever ever live there. I drive a Saturn and I think my plastic car is more secure than those apartments.

They have this "rigorous" application process, its a joke considering the guy who broke into our house was a resident who did time for break ins in the past. They will take anyone whos money is green whether they are a drug dealer, thief, or an actual hard working productive member of society.

There are positives, the layout is perfect, the bathrooms big and the dining area is very nice. But, after everything, not even close to worth it.

Background checks are ran through the property. Unfornately a minor is guilty of such charges.
