You move in thinking you are getting a good deal but then your electric bill comes and you realize that you were completely ripped off!! Many other communities in the area are priced about the same, and have FREE HEAT!! Save yourself the extra $200 and go somewhere else!!

Another little comment... maintenance staff sucked! Several were fired for going through peoples personal belongings... basically "panty raids" and they just let themselves in with the master keys they have!! They were always slow to repair, then always just rigged things and never did anything perminent.
