Fullfill my lease paid on time caused no trouble and because I did not want to renew lease went month to month rent increased $170 a month. Utilities are out of sight and your ware ic charged by as near as I can tell by a guess estimate there are no meters. You also pay for the empting of the dumpsters on move was charged an additonal days rent for a day that I was not there. I would stay a way.
