I moved into Harbour club in November, and I had little to no problems with it. The staff was nice, they had monthly flyers that were a good bathroom read, and the apartment was very affordible. The maintenence staff always comes in a timely manner and fixes the problem at hand proffesionally. The other tenants in our building are very nice and friendly. The only problem is the neighbors in the next building. I don't think that they should let a group of loud young people living in the complex. They are loud, rude and have parties every weekend. Security has been called and they still do it. The other night they set off fire works right outside our window at 1am. I think that they should be choosy about who lives here (this might be against the law). Other than that it is great. I have read other peoples complaints, and the reason the electric bill is high in the winter is because we have no gas here. If you were to add up the electric, and gas bill in the winter they would come close to the total electric bill if not exceed it. All in all I would certainly recommend this complex to friends and family.
