Last person was a freakin' idiot!

I'm not going to say this place is great, but that last person was obviously an idiot. Every apartment community requires at least a 30 day notice to vacate, if not a 60 day notice. You can never leave the the last day of your lease if you didn't let the property know. That's anywhere people, not just here!
