The only thing positive about living here is your on the lake... and that is about it!!! I am a quiet rentor, pay my bills no issues. THIS IS THE SECOND WORST PLACE I HAVE LIVED.

My interom/door buzzer has been broken for months and yes I have contacted them 3 times TO FIX IT. When I moved it they were suppose to fix things and never did until I threatened to move out. There have been numerous armed robberies at gun point in the complex( happened to friends). Hear -say has it the place is now Section 8(the office says no but security & Police say yes it is), so the undesireables live there since they have lowered the rent and I pay much more to live there than they do. I get called a "Ho" as I walk into my apartment by low lifes. Hence the increased crime AND drug problems. My neighbors caught a Peeping-Tom filming them and contacted the police and there was an arrest(they told me- could be hear-say but I doubt it). Hear-say also has it my neighbors were also stopped by the state police in the parking lot because of her plates said Florida, the officer told her to be careful as Harbour Club is not a safe place. The assistant property manager who has a dog over the weight limit(Newfoundland breed). She lets it deficate on her patio she then proceeds to hose it down which makes other residents patio smell like poop and pee. An acquaintence paid the special fee for here lease for buying a house and when she moved out(she gave the property 30 day notice) and she received a notice at her new house that whe was getting evicted from Harbour Club when she was already moved out and there was court time scheduled so there is a record of this. When I came home a few weeks ago there was water dripping from the light fixture in the the hallway, a hot water heater tank was leaking. It leaked into my closet. Why should I HAVE TO FOLLOW UP THAT IT IS FIXED''' It is unhealthy to live in conditions like that. Hear-say has it Harbour Club has been sued for black mold. My college professor is an expert witness for mold...it won't cost me a dime to have him evaluate my apartment and damage. The person who wrote before me that says there are no problems is problably works at Harbour Club...I can't wait til my lease is up!!!! I should have never renewed!!!! I PAY TOO MUCH RENT TO PUT UP WITH THIS!!! If anyone notices a majority of the ratings are bad for this place: TAKE HEED
