This place makes you pay for every utility. Even for garbage when you use the dumpster shared by usually 4 other buildings. They have coil heating and for a 1 bedroom/ 1 person in the apartment keeping it at 60 degrees lowest bill was 140.00. Also, my computer was stolen 1 week after maintenance had been in the apartment due a water break in the upstairs apartment. There was no forced entry. Management didn't help and most of the time refused calls and wouldn't return calls after I had been in to see the Property Manager. This apartment complex is unsafe and has the highest utility bills I have ever heard of. Most who have lived here.....recommend do not.
