Stay far, far away...

You aren't worth their time after you move in. They will be sweet as candy to get that commission, but once you move in, they ignore you. Everytime I have gone into the office (and mind you it was only like 5 times, it wasn't like I was a pain in the butt) they would huff and sigh as if I were such a bother. Heaven forbid they might have to help me renew my lease. But they don't get paid for it, so why bother, right' When I moved in, I thought the rent was reasonable. You get what you pay for. My utilities we through the roof. In the winter I kept my heat so low that I wore two sweatshirts and a scarf to stay warm. All that and my DTE bill was still over $100 per month! I would hate to see how high it got if I actually were able to keep it warm in there. My car was broken into. They stole my radio. Not a big deal, though I did feel violated. However, I called the police and the office, just so everyone could have a note of it in case I wasn't the only one who this happened to. The police were helpful. The office wasn't. The manager told me that I shouldn't keep things in my car, if I don't want anyone to break in. DUH! All I had was a stupid radio. It was cheap that is why I didn't care that it was gone. I just wanted them to know about it. I didn't expect them to replace it or better yet, insult me about it. The apartment sucked. Since day one my garbage disposal never worked, but since the water was draining it wasn't a priority. A year later and it STILL doesn't work. Only one of the burners on my stove works. Since I can cook on that one, I am not a priority. See the pattern'
