Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2005
 
I have been living here since June of 2004 with not a single complaint. I have seen nothing shady around here, no problems with office staff and no problems with the bills. People complain about high electric bills in winter need to learn to control their heat. My bills went from mid 30's in summer to a max of 70 in winter. The bills won't be bad if you don't run it all the time. I'll stay and renew my lease if I find a job somewhere close to the area.
