Watch your lease when it's up your rent WILL increase significantly. Gave notice that I had to move because the government transferred me to another state (more than 2 month notice) still wouldn't release me from the lease agreement (after I've lived there for 3 years). I complained about the pipes making noise when the people above turned on the water and they wouldn't do anything about it at all. My vehicle was stolen from in front of my apartment. Neighbor caught someone climbing onto her balcony (she lived on the second floor). People don't curb their dogs when walking so sh**t everywhere. Electric bill was out of this world, way high.
