They lie from day one. I was told mainentance will fix problems within a day or two. Not true. I had the draining pipe in my kitchen break, it took them two days to look at it. Then they had to call a specialist in to fix it. It took a week to fix and I did not have a kitchen. It took them 8 months to fix the hole in the wall in the outer hall. I put in 4 fix reports. My drain in my bathtub has broke 4 times. The last time it took them a week to fix and I had to call them back. The pouch floods every rain storm. They told me it does not.

I was told I had to pay water and it was $15 every qtr. It is $15 to $17 a month. I know how much eletric will be since I called DTE.

When they renew my lease, they were rude and never sent a renewal letter. They would not discuss price and told me they can rent my apartment right away.I ended up renewing for a few months to look for another apartment.

I would look around a little and pay a little more for a better apartment.
