Despite some of the other comments, I feel that Harbour Club is a great place to live! I have lived here for over a year and had not had ANY problems. Maintenance is always prompt when I need them. I haven't had any problems with noise, neighbors, or with parking. Every time I go in to pay my rent, the staff is very kind and courteous. I especially love their pet policy as I have one myself. The staff mails flyers and newsletters all the time with good information and resident activities, and they have a drawing every month where residents can win free water or electric for a month. I think that I get more than I pay for. Highly recommended.

Hmmm... obviously posted by a Harbour Club Employee. The only good things about Harbour Club are the floor plans and the cost. There is nothing fun about broken locks on buildings that never get fixed, Dog ---- all over the land or glass covering the parking lots and side walks. My friend's car was broken into 2 months after we moved here; we're lucky ours haven't been yet... but we'll see. On the other hand, I think sub-par service is what you get in most apartments, so perhaps not out of the ordinary?
