I am a Harbour Club resident and I feel the most recent statements are somewhat true, however...

I think people always complain about the negative & rarely do you hear anything positive. It's easy to be negative about all the things wrong in life and sometimes things are not 100% as we would like them to be. But I feel for the most part any problems/concerns are handled as best as possible. Sometimes there is favortism and no it's nor fair, but overall Harbour Club is a clean place to live, spacious, and the rent is pretty reasonable compared to other places nearby. This is a proven fact, beacuse word of mouth is the strongest. I have recommended Harbour Club to many and they have rented and also brought their freinds in who are also tenants. Life is what you make it---negative or positive. Crime happens everywhere---that's why there's insurance!!!

Even the fanciest of places have problems---so if you like the $900 price tag of a house-go get one---no one's stopping you, just remember, you'll be paying electric, gas, water, property taxes, higher insurance rates, shoveling snow, cutting grass, making repairs, etc.

I am taking the time to write this because I feel the truth is necessary. I think everyone should shop around, see what's out there---that's why we all have choices. You may find Harbour Club is not the dump that it is portrayed.

Of course I shopped around, I had the choice out of Harbor Club and Westlake Apartments but because of the poor staff I went with Harbor Club. But you know you would of been disgusted with a filthy apartment.
