I have to say, I don't know if I am living in the same place as most of these other folks. I've never had any issues with maintanince or office staff. In fact, they have been very helpful. As far as the crime, we live on the lake side and I am not aware of any crime spree! The only issue we have is that we wished the play ground was a little nicer for our son. We are considering staying another year!
