My wife and I lived at Harbour Club for a year, and we both liked it. The ladies in the office were nice and would get things done quickly. The maintanence staff was awesome, never had a problem with any of those guys. They were always so nice and always seemed to care. The downside was that the crime seemed to be going up gradually. There were break-ins for a while and a person in my building had their car stolen. The grounds were always clean, except people don't seem to want to pick up after their dogs. But other than that we really liked it.
