I live at this complex back in 2002-2003 and just found this site. I had serious issues with Harbour Club and thought I was the only one!! First of all, this complex is OLD!! They still have units with heating elements imbedded in the ceiling!! There were fires all the time in several buildings. There was a family of crack heads living on the first floor...that they knew about, but did nothing. The security door was always propped open allowing anyone in. The laundry room was "use at your own risk" Someone could kill you down there and no one would ever notice or hear you! Cars broken into on a regular basis. And the noise from the freeway was UNREAL!! You couldn't talk on the phone with the patio door open. It was so loud that you had to have the door closed to watch tv because you couldn't hear it over the roar from I94......Stay away from this place!!

I agree!!! Where I lived there was cars stolen from all around and drug dealing 24/7. I have a child, I worried every day for his safty.
