Harbour Club is the worst place to live! It is true about drug dealers being here. Harbour Club doesn't do any checks on new residents. The music is always loud, and maintence sucks beyond all this stated. I would rather live on a park bench in the middle of South Central Los Angles with a pocket full of $20's than live here!!!!

I haven't seen much crime (yet), but it's still cold outside. The music is played all through the night and into the early morning. They just posted a sign saying "Under New Management." I guess they know they have a problem, we'll see if they do anything about it in the recent future...
