Ok...I live here about 5 yrs ago. I LOVED it! It was great. The property was great, everything was amazing. Never had a problem. I live here again with my 2 kids and b/f and seriously...DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME! Yeah sure its nice having a W/D in your apt, especially with kids. But honestly...it being in the Kitchen SUCKS, its a very small stackable so you can put like 1 pair of pants and 2 shirts in it. The dryer doesn't actually *dry* your clothes unless you put it thru 2 cycles! The appliances suck, and need to be re-placed or up-graded...whatever. The people that work in the office are also VERY un-friendly, VERY un-pleasant. In the lease it CLEARLY states that if you don't pay rent by the 12th you get charged your consessions...ok...so, why did I get charged my concession paying on the 3rd'' AND was taken to COURT!! RIDICULOUS!!! Not to mention I see a lot of reviews on here saying that the price is good! ARE U KIDDING ME!! I am originally from the east side, Macomb County, and I can't stress enough on how close I was to moving back b/c something about identical as the apartments here was about $150 less a month...taking into consideration my concessions would be $300 CHEAPER!! OH AND 1 MORE THING! The WATER bill! What is that!! My sister lives in a mobile home, has a kid and a dog and pays about $40 for 3 MONTHS...Harbour Club, oh i'm sorry PROVIDENCE at Harbour Club charges $33/MONTH!!! I am definately NOT re-newing my lease and I will NEVER recommend ANYONE to live here. EVER. Oh and seriously 1 more thing...I was just reading at the bottom, Safety...um...well lets see...it would be safe if the building doors were actually kept LOCKED!! I have to make sure my apt is locked AT ALL TIMES even while i'm sitting in the living room b/c the 2 building doors are kept un-locked about 80% of the time and my ex-husband can get in and get into my apt. Nice. Sooo...safe' Yeah NOT SO MUCH

Definitley living in a differnt world here. We've been here 5 years and love it. Our lease says the 2nd, has for 5 years. If you have problems with doors, appliances, etc... you must stay on the maintenance crew, get the manager involved etc. If you've been to court over rent payment, you probably haven't been able to develop a relationship with the office (who are usually in good moods and nice) to ensure you get things done. Good tenants get good treatment, that's why there are several people in our building who've been here at least 5 years. I would love to know what place in Macomb is aout 1000 sq. ft, on the lake, with a pool and a golf course for less than what we pay. If you don't use the pool, golf course, lake - then you are paying for amenities you don't use and should move!

well i have been here for almost 1 year and i would say this place scks too. last weekend alone my ar almost got stolen, but they couldnt get it started so they stole everything in it. i have been trying to contact the manager for 3 days and no response. i am leaving too

Well when you move to the lakeside expect to pay about $250.00 or more for your DTE bill unless you plastic EVERY WINDOW...

wow these things are true about providence the service( maintenance truly sucks and I believe that don't give a d about what it takes to keep their tenants happy either ,I've been trying to get them to insulate this place since last month and I keep gettin the same dumb ass answer (soon as the maintenance supervisor get's around to it, so in the mean time freeze your a' off but have the rent or else type a deal this place may have some good qualities true ,but are they worth your health?,besides the money you pay to stay here you are being ripped off. Your DTE bill will put you under,I so desperately want out, if the changes can't be made then its best to leave, cause complaining ain't changing nothing @the providence @harbor club these days they have been in this business for a minute and they quite aware of whats it takes to keep it pumped.I always thougt the customer was right, oops my bad, I see its damn you and lets see how many fee's/charges can we add to you,let us screw up your credit yeah thats the ticket yahtzee.PROVIDENCE@HARBOR CLUB IS WHAT IT IS A HYPE A LAKESIDE FAKE OUT.
