I've lived in Harbour Club since 2003. I love my apartment. I lived on the golf course side before and moved to the lakeside a few months ago. I have nice neighbors and for the most part respectful. My only complaint is that some residents are that some residents have too many pets. One of my neighbors lets their dog pee in front of my window. There are plenty of other areas to take your dog, including the "DOG Park." Besides that It's nice to have a 24-hr fitness facility, 24 hr security and the lake view. The people at the office are really nice and maintenance responds in a timely fashion when you need them. The folks who live me take pride in where they live and help make the community very nice and homey. Check out the photos of my garden space and my neighbors too. Check out HC, it's a nice place to live. My rent on the lake is $750, plus $31 water - total $781 each month
