I was happy with living here at first when we moved in (June)but since December I have been unhappy with this place. The neighbors are so noisy, they blast their music/TV most of the day and during the night also they are abusing their dog (it calls in pain). The cops have been here three times because of the noise and marijuana smell coming from that apartment. The office has complaints on file on them, they need to kick them out already. Our closet door in the hallway keeps falling off the hinge when we open it. Maintenance has fixed it twice but it still falls off (the door is too small for the doorway). The cabinets in the bathrooms are falling apart. I think the amount that residents pay for rent is too high because the apartments aren't worth the price they need to update them and make them look better. The clubhouse is the only thing here that they care about. Our bedroom window isn't well insulated, the cold air comes in and you can hear everything outside clearly. The people in the office are nice and ok but I wish they would be more helpful and management needs to care more about the residents & doing something make them want to stay here for a long time. They should do monthly or bi-monthly resident surveys and learn if their residents are happy or not. And make improvements. Before you move in they show you a perfectly nice "display" apartment then give you a run down looking apartment. I really don't if we will renew our lease............maybe if management improve things & the neighbor are kicked out. YEAH RIGHT. I know everyone has their opinion & some people are having a better experience here. I just wish we were. SEk1KnECheF1ATXbXtrZ

I would recommend you get out when your lease is up. I was sooo relieved when I got out of that place. Noisy neighbors, people talking loudly in hallways late at night, lots of car thefts/break-ins. I could go on and on, but this is just a few things I experianced. There have been a few fires there too.
