My wife and I moved here last hear and at first, it was quiet. That is until some punks moved in below us. The guy has no job that I know of (my guess is he sells drugs due to the amount of people coming and going from his apartment to make the rent), at first he got a dog that barked all hours of the day and night and I had to complain to the office staff four times before something was done. Now they're hanging out on the front steps and yelling and blasting music. I was told by management this person was being evicted in about 30 days. That was two months ago, so I was lied to by the office management. This place is the ghettos and all because the office staff simply don't care who moves in--they just care about rent money and not the residents (or at least the upstanding ones!) At first chance, my wife and I are moving out!

My husband and I moved here last June. I agree that they don't care much about who moves in even though they claim to do a "background check". I do think, however, that certain complexes are less savory than others. For example: the apts. facing the lake are very nice and it is serene and quiet. Where we are at is also pretty mellow and we have little to no problems- we are almost right next to the clubhouse. I know there are a lot of apartments and I don't know which building you are in but some do seem to be better than others.

I have concern also, been hear almost a year, the biggest problems is noise, doors slamming and causes your apartment floors to vibrated and literally shack. Managenment does not give feed back when you come to them with concerns, they don't get back with you, when you bring concerns to them and neither do they send you a letter addressing your concerns but yet they are constanley asking you, "How Are We Doing?" but I am learning that they don't really mean that, and they don't seem to care about who they rent apartmnets too.
