I AGREE ELECTRIC BILLS OUT OF CONTROL

The apartments are spacious and the view on the lake is beautiful but when you get your electric bill you better be prepared to get a part time job to pay it. When I inquired before I signed the lease they told me they were no more than 80 or 90 dollars. The noise level as far as barking dogs, etc. is not any better on the lakeside. I am paying over a grand for a two bedroom on the lake and my lease is up in June. They are running a special for 799 but will not offer that to me, no they want to raise my rent. When you use the dryer you have to run it about 2 hours to dry a medium load of clothes. I had nasty nasty water in my dishwasher that had sediment in it and that took about 2 weeks to fix it.
Several car break ins.
Also 33 dollars a month for water for 2 people is kind of high

We moved recently. We did like living there, but I agree the electric bills were out of control on the lake. I brought this up several times but was disregarded. Last year during the winter, the electric bills averaged $200-$250 per month. The heat is electric and you do have to run the dryer several cycles to get the clothes dry
