My apartment had a huge big problem. It was disgusting and my neighbors were loud. But the office staff is pretty nice. The price was a little high for the quality of the apartment.

I believe this person meant to say "bug problem" not big problem. Please remember to notify the office when you have bug concerns. We have a contract with an extermination company and will address the issue at no cost to the resident as often as needed to take care of the situation. This sort of complaint usually only occurs in garden level apartments (which are partly underground), and so choosing an apartment on the 2nd or 3rd floor would be to your advantage if this is a concern for you. The property is undergoing a make-over currently as well. The buildings are freshly painted, all new carpet in the hallways, and the units themselves are receiving many new upgrades! The value is definately there now if you don't feel it was before. PLEASE NOTE: Click on the button "Princing Report" towards the top of this page, I think you can see for yourself that Hidden Cove's pricing is very fair for the market.
