WE haven't even moved in yet, and already the customer service is SOOOO much better than the service at my current complex. Shawn is very helpful, polite and nice. We walked through the apartment with her and she told us everything she was going to have done before we moved in, including new lights, new carpet, new tile, and fixing the water damage that she didn't know about. I was thoroughly impressed with the service we've recieved so far, and look forward to moving in in a couple weeks. Thanks
