My boyfriend and I moved in earlier this past summer and we can't be more pleased. The apartments are not new but they have charm and many recent upgrades. Our apartment had all new carpet, tile floor, lights, and they painted an accent wall for us in this great red color for free... most places don't allow you to paint let alone do it for you! We only ever dealt with Shawn the manager and she has been great! She talks to you and makes you feel important and not just another rent check. The staff seem to really enjoy and care about their work, we've run into the maintenance people and they are always friendly and helpfull. We really feel like a part of a community here. This is our first apartment and we are very happy with our choice to live here and we look forward to staying until we buy our first house.

I totally agree. We moved in in July, and had a bit of trouble with our roommate. The office staff was totally helpful with my boyfriend and I and even tried to help us get rid of our deadbeat roommate. They're always friendly. Shawn is totally cool, and so are the maintence people. This is a really good place to live.
