I just first want to thank those who have taken the time to write such wonderful reviews, you should see me blushing right now! It's truely a pleasure to work at Hidden Cove, and it makes me feel good to see that our hard work and real love for the community shows.
I would like to address the issues brought up by the last poster regarding the parking lot.... Good News! The parking lot will be repaired in June of '06! That back parking lot was unfortunately built on wetlands and so the cement has sunken in causing the flooding... but we have a plan and it's already in motion. Once the spring rains pass we will be focusing our attentions to that lot as well as hopefully creating a few more parking spaces as we go! In addition, many of our sidewalks will be getting repaired as well. We are all really excited about getting these repairs done this year!
In addition to the above mentioned repairs, we have a 5 year plan in motion to replace all of the old furnaces in the property, begining with a dozen this year alone! We've never had an issue with carbon dioxide, however I do understand your concerns, and it's always better to be safe than sorry. We are really working to meet our residents needs, and we do listen when you voice your concerns.
There are a few more little surprises in store for the residents of Hidden Cove this year, I do hope you enjoy them all!!
Thanks again to all my residents, who really make being the manager a joy. It's by your comments, suggestions, and even criticism that help us to understand and ultimately meet your needs.
See you soon!
S.

Just a response, our apartment did have a problem with carbon monoxide this winter, we were told so by the furnace technician who had to replace our whole unit. Thank God it broke because we did not have a carbon monoxide detector and did not know why we were getting headaches and our cat was sick.Who knows what could have happened if the whole thing didnt quit working on its own. The new furnaces will be such a great update so that no one will have to worry about that- also think lower heating bills with more efficient units!
