The apartments are pretty nice inside, but the people are very shady in the community. The walls are paper thin too. The office staff is pretty nice when I've had to deal with them, and maint. gets to the apartment very quickly. Never had to wait more than 24 hours. The walls leaked in my apartment, the screen doors are really crappy and fall off, and the halls smell every time i walk thru them. I had the police at the apartment 3 times in the first couple months I lived there. It's not luxury here if you are outside, it's pretty nice inside. Oh yeah! They cut paying the heat to people who are either renewing their lease, or just signing on. Turns out better apartment complexes are cheaper by month and that's why I'm not staying. The parking lot is flooded every time it rains and you only get half the parking. The winter no one plows half the parking lot, so you have to walk from the next building over. Parking is a joke here
