Years at this apartment: 2000 - 2006
The management company is totally useless, and has no regard for its residents!
They allow serious problems with the apartments to go without resolution for months on end, and offer nothing to the residents for the problems they are suffering.
The grounds look like an abandon property, were they once looked beautiful.
The parking is awfull, the parking lots flood, poor lighting, and cars are vandalized.
There is NO security of any kind, and there are issues with fights, groups of problem people, and more.
They charge for water and heat, with NO METERS, yes I said NO METERS.
The rent is way too high even without all of these issues.
You can do much better just about ANYWHERE else.
Do NOT move here, it will be a HUGE mistake.
