Well just when everything was going well, then the management changed and all hell has broken loose! The old property manager and service manager really cared about this property and it showed. They were great to follow up and were very personable and were available to answer questions or to help when they could... well the winds have changed and with it the new management just disregards everything! Why don't they have the grounds crew weed the flower beds anymore' Maintenance requests take forever to get done (if at all) and the manager never returns a phone call, maybe hoping the issue will just go away! The staff now in the office are rude and rarely give you the time of day. Rest assured I will be moving as soon as my lease is up! Just a few short months ago this was a lovely place to call home, I will NOT recommend it to anyone now!
