I have been here since January '08 and we are already on our third manager but the same management company! Apparently they can't hire qualified people and are constantly firing and hiring new staff! The current manager has done little to improve the property and I refuse to give him credit for finally having the pool opened July 20th!!! But now that the pool is open tell me why the manager is swimming with the staff at 4pm' Isn't that still business hours' How is anything to get done around here if the staff is out playing all the time'' The new maintenance seem to be trying, but there appears to be no organization and prioritizing and so progress is non-exisistant! The hallways are nasty, the grounds are littered in debris and junk, the parking lots are filled with garbage and non-working cars, and children seems to run around unsupervised at all hours of the day and night! I almost hit a 2 year old who with her only slightly older sister because they were playing in the parking lot! Thank god I saw her before it was too late! Where are the parents''' Who lets a 2 year old out to play with only the supervision of a 5 year old'' Especially in this neighborhood where a man was shot and killed just for opening his door when he heard noises in the hallway around midnight just a few weeks ago!! There apprears to be NO recourse if a reisdent breaks the rules of the lease (drug use, vanalizing, parties all night) I have neighbors who have been in the process of eviction for 4 months!!! WHAT'' 4 months and they still live here because the manager doesn't call the 34th Distric Court Bailiff Department to make them come out here and process the physical eviction!! Let me tell you something Jesse, they don't come if you don't call, idiot! Also, another little pointer for you Jesse... the trash men work for YOU... if you call the waste management department and say they have to come out here and pick up all the junk they leave behind the dumpsters, they will do it!! It's a simple frigging phone call!! Bay Shore Management needs to open it's eyes and put someone in the position who really cares about making a change here and will actuall WORK to do it!!

That place was a mess when I lived there yrs ago but never to that extend, that's really scary and i'm sure glad I got out of there when I did. Having two kids myself, just the thought of living there it's a horrible one. Good Luck getting out of there! I bought a condo and it's great...try to do that, now it's the time to buy!

I have lived in hidden cove since august, 2006, and not only is it nasty, and dangerous now, but they have bedbugs, and they are not taking the proper steps to get rid of them... this place is awful,i live here with my children, and i hate the fact that i can't even let them play outside because it seems to dangerous... i am seriously considering breaking my lease and getting a new place, as much hassle as that would be... you can't get anything fixed here, although the one maintenance guy who actually knows what he is doing is trying the best he possibly can... this place is awful... do not move in here...

DONT MOVE HERE THE MANAGEMENT NOW IS JUST AS BAD OR WORSE THAN BEFORE CANT BAYSHORE GET ANYTHING RIGHT.....The whole place is falling apart They sure want their rent on time or we get a late fee I wonder how they would like it if they got late fees for not getting repairs done in a timely matter So dont move to this Hell hole or u will be sorry
