I'm not really sure why there are so many bad reviews on here. I do love my apartment. It is reallllllly big. I looked all over Belleville to find an apartment big enough for my daughter and I to move into and this was the only one that had the space I wanted. Everyone has been very nice and I'm on thrid floor so its quiet too. I have lived in many apartments over the course of my life and this one may not be perfect but it works for me and my daughter. It has a pool and that is enough for us.I also have a pretty view too. I think the place was just sold to someone new too.... So far every both office and maintenance has been very helpful since the change. Before not so much. But now I don't mind calling the office for something I need. I did read some of the complaints on here and most of the people just seem so mad. I know who some of the people are who have put up posts and I know for a fact they are being evicted. The court papers are posted smack on their door, so its no secret...One lady told me she made a pay plan with the office just to buy some time so she could ruin the apartment...how sad :o( I can understand some of them...the garbage out by the dumpsters I do see from time to time; however I saw my own neighbor putting it right next to the dumpster, not in it BUT NEXT TO IT. That i do not understand...All in all I can't complain and I'm happy here.

Well first of all you havent been there for long so how can you rate anything you was not there through 3 managers and maintenance one was a convicted child molester that was all in one year or less how do you like that one for your daughter so live on it will change as time goes on lol cant wait for your next review and i didnt get evicted i moved from that hell hole
