This community is a great value! It's close to both Ann Arbor and Detroit and literally a stone's throw away from the airport. It's very quiet and well insulated from noise. I have lived in this community for about 4 years and I've only heard noise twice, and even that was minimal. The only problem is that the windows are a bit drafty, but I installed a window treatment kit and it minimized the draft. Overall this is a great place for both professionals and families to live. In addition to the tennis court, swimming pool and workout facility, you can enjoy the mature landscaping without having to worry about your kids playing in pet run areas.
