I have been here for almost a year now and I really like belleville. But for what they charge in rent. I think they could make the apartments a little nicer. Tubs glazing cracksm some of the kitchen floors are bad. Toilets old. Carpeting old and horrible, i wonder how many cleaning deposits they took from people and did nothing to the carpet. Heat and air are good. Hate sharing the washer and dryer, because they are small and old, when they break you have to wait days for the off site company to fix it. All in all it's got it's good and bad.
