I have lived here for some time. In the beginning, it was quiet and everyone was friendly. Management did nothing to fix your problems but it grew on you. In the last few years, things have gone from bad to outrageous.
--Vehicle vandalizism and/or theft (4 times for me, 7 cars in one night)
--Security is non-existant
--Mgmt does their best not to fix things
--Maintenance could be good, by they are only as good as those that lead them
--Cracks in floors and walls of their "newer" buildings
