Good and responsive manager. Maintenance responds in a reasonable timely manner.
Went from a pleasant atmosphere to unpleasant quickly. Car broken into, loud neighbors, horrendous smell of something dead so bad had to sleep with window open, ended up being rotten chicken in a differnt neighbors kitchen trash can. That smell hung in the hallway for a week after it was cleaned out. Seems to have a lot of turnover of tenants and with the economy being poor- I think they are not picky about who they rent to. Pool was open when I moved in and they had to close it the next week cause someone took a dump in the pool. I think I was lucky for most of the time I was there and it caught up with me near the end.
