I had lived in parkwood manor up until recentley,(2007).It is by far the worse apartment complex i have ever lived in.They allow sec 8 & most of the sec 8 tenants are ghetto,loud,boom cars,do not watch there kids & the parkwood manor staff "allows" all of this to go on.Boom cars boom & the office staff, mrg Ayana weever,gigi hill& site mrg desirre wiiliamns will sit on there butts and do NOTHING.Parkwood manor is in breach of contract when they allow such noisey tenants to continue to live there.They promised to provide a Safe,(drug dealing on corners),Quiet,(boom cars,poorly made apts,parting,unruly tenants),Clean,(black mold,leaky & flooding basements,chain smoking tenants who smoke pot too,& insulation,peeling paint,&much more)HOW DO YOU PASS INSPECTIOPN'''HMM ASK BRYON W from RPI....

I couldn't agree more.well premier management has sharon stroud acting as the office mgr.before were so many people couldn't keep count.now they have a new mgr.lets see how long she will last.in 5 years there have been Shawn mcalpine,Serena rouley,Gigi hill,tn ash,yep that ghetto racist black ----- told her non friends to call her tnash,ayanna weever,Sharon sstroud and more.count them.these have been all the office Mgr in the last 5 yrs and counting.we would give you the names of the maintenance crew,but some quit the same day.there has been atleast 30 coming go since 2002.the owner is Lawrence s tisdale.you should see the really classy places he owns.were talking really nice non sec 8 of course,but this apt is a money making scam. the basements flood and they won't properly sanitize it.the mold is unbelievable.they cover it up instead replace the moldy walls ,tiles,floors etc.they cover it with kilzs and so forth.i could go on n on n on about all the health and safety issues with this place. for them to keep passing housing inspections.someones getting paid off big time.rpi is one of the housing companies that have pass inspec and saw the black mold. i know a lot of ppl from there and i say 95% of the sec 8 are ghetto.flicking there lit cigs everywhere blow smoke in ppls face knowing they have asthma,pound on the walls and floor all hours of the day and night.man this place sucks.gotta go,but spread the word.maybe channel 7 news will do an investigation.oh cant forget they dont make the maintence crew wear id tags.one former one stole the main key to all the apts.they never told any of the tenants and didnt change any of the locks.hhhmmmm,makes ya think huh.

I was a manager at Parkwood and what you don't know is that the office staff has no control over the finances of the property. So, while you all are dogging the office team, you should be thankful that they did what they could to accomodate you on the very tight budget that Parkwood has. If many of your neighbors would have paid their rent on time, then there would have been more money to fix up your basements. If your neighbors would have policed themselves and their kids, then there would have been less vandalism and break ins on the property. And on the Sec 8 side, if your neighbors would stop lying about their income and properly report it, then their would be less reason to evict someone. I have been in this business almost 10 years. And I have never seen a bunch of low life, ghetto, no ambition people such as you two. If you spent more time getting educated and less time complaining, Parkwood would be a beautiful place to live. I live good, make good money, live in a 4 bedroom house, and I am EDUCATED. Half of you at Parkwood don't have a GED. Both of you probably get Sec. 8 vouchers and still pay late rent. And I have a feeling I know who you.GET A LIFE!
