Countertops were placed in my apartment with only an hour's notification. The note they left on my door was backdated 1 week. When I came home from work with my daughter, all of our belonging were strewn across the floor.

The management wrote up a new contract and tacked on another month's worth of rent and are trying to charge a fee for moving out 1 month early when that was the original contract.

The apartment is nice but be careful of the management. They are tricky and will try to get as much money out of you they can. Unless you have a lawyer, I would not suggest living here.

On top of extremely poor and unprofessional management, there was a murder at the apartments the first month I lived there. One of my co-workers told me the next morning that someone had been killed in the parking lot and that the killing had been over drugs....not a safe place for children.
