all they care about is to get extra money from you. they want you to mail your rent and if you are unlucky and the mail somehow got delay by post office delivery, you have to pay a big penalty. The book keeping officer were rude and unhelpful. Nobody ever gets back to if you call and leave message. you hear train, highway traffic, airplane all the time, don't rent here, you will regret.
