I've lived here since January 2003and am very pleased. I have a 2nd floor 2 bed room split apt. The wallsarevery thin. Each tenat that's lived above me(3) Ihere every move they make on the ceiling. You may want to consider that, when picking floors. I love to sit on my balcony in the summer and spring ang watch the ducksin the manmade lake that every apt. has a view to. The maintncecrew is effeciant and always availible. Those paid Carports were not here when I moved in. They now take up whatused to be ample parking. I refuse to pay to park where I live.
