Parking is horrible, they need to do a better job of monitoring residents cars so that people do not have to walk 20 miles to get in their house. Maintenance men are horrible and such snobbs and they never come on time and half do their job when they get there. When it comes to snow removal I might as well have my own shovel and remove the snow from my parking spot because no snow is removed and no ice put down. Im still waiting until i fall and bust my a** so i can sue. The walls are paper thin and they write you up with the slightest sound. Trash pickup is horrible you would think im living in the ghetto or something im so embarassed when i have company come over and trash is overflowing from the dumpster and all over the grass, so horrible. Office staff is pretty nice except for this one particular lady, joy. everytime i have a complaint or come into the office i am greeted with her attitude and she nevers wants to fix my maintenance issues. i do not know how everytime I am stuck with her but I am and normally when i am asking for help shes makes it seem as though i am interrupting her day. Arent i the customer' Arent I paying $710 a month to live here' and the other times i come in the office staff seem too concerned about gossiping it's so annoying. SOON as my lease is up in feb 07 im moving

No salt for the ice? Where are you living? I've seen salt buckets in every stairwell. You must be from somewhere really fancy to find this place bad!
