I have lived at southport for almost a year now and plan to resign my lease. The girls in the office are almost always pleasant to deal with and maintnance has come the same day I have called on more than one occassion. Talk to Joy, she is the best girl in the office! Otherwise, the grounds are very pretty and the apartments are spacious. Sometimes you can hear your neighbors laundry but hey, it's an apartment. You want perfection... buy a house! Want a good location foor a good price' Move to Southport! :)

Joy is a very mean person, easily the worst on their staff. If you have to deal with the office, try to aviod dealing with Joy.
