Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2007
 
Upon moving in our bathtub was clogged. The washer and dryers are a joke, washer holds about 7 things, and the dryer takes FOREVER to dry. Terrible dishwasher, dirty floors....I would recommend finding somewhere else.
