I thought it was just me until I found this website. I did not realize that the theft was bad until I got a letter on my door telling me about forced entry's. I told them that I wanted to be there when maintenance they came in to fix something, but I got a lot of slack. They would not let it go and made me feel bad for asking to be home. I have not asked to be home since, but I guess it doesn't matter anyway's because they just come in whenever they want and do not leave a note that they were there. This is totally unacceptable. I have never lived in an apartment that did that. Please at least leave a note, if they had nothing to hide, why not leave a message that they were there. If I had not come home I would of never known. I'm sorry, but if you had someone come fix you house, you would have to be home to let them in.
Other problems
-Washer and Dryer does not work well, but at least you have one.
-carpet mats easily and stains on contact
-no parking (I think people park in the parking garages that don't pay just to free up a couple of spots).
-after hearing about the poor security I am currently afraid to walk around at night. I thought I was just paranoid about the cars circling the parking lot. I guess they probably were up to no good!
-poor management. They do not take care of problems addressed. I've had an abandoned car in front of my apartment since I moved in and they won't do anything.
Good luck renting at this place.

My apartment was broken into while I was there, so I broke my lease and moved out after that. Also I hated that the maintenance people could come in anytime. One time I was getting into the shower in the afternoon and a maintenance guy started coming in. I yelled at him to go away, after three attempts to get in/unlock the door he finally left. He would unlock the door, and I would lock it back up, then he would do it again and again. I called and yelled at the staff and told them that even though I told him to go away he kept unlocking the door to get in. They didn't care. It was crazy! Apartments suck, I want to buy a house.

My car was broken into and I've had a couple of really bad noise incidents and the maintenance/management actually yelled at me for reporting it. I literally hate this place. We want to break our lease before something more than our car is broken into - namely our apartment.
