I have lived at Southport for 10 years and am very happy. The staff is wonderful! Their resident manager Becky is absolutely fabulous. The grounds are always kept up and very nice. The office staff is very pleasant and kind. The staff really cares about the property and the residents concerns.

I agree that the staff s very friendly and halpful. But I have lived here for four yeasrs and I am v ery dissapointed with the upkeep of the propert. The balconies are terrible and in need of paint and resurfacing. The outside of the buildings are in need of paint as well as the window panes. It was a beautiful property when we first moved in, it was went down considerably. Now that they have the Parking carports it is hard to get a parking spot in front of your own apartment.

they are in the process of re-painting all the buildings and re-roofing them...
