Yes, the appliances are SO OLD the refigerators use so much energy, the air conditioners are inefficient, and the dryers are electric and in poor repair unless you have a brand new unit - they are TINY so they take 2 cycles just to dry a couple of pairs of jeans.

My bill in the winter is only $35.00 and $84.00 this summer. Thats cheap compared to a house!

What are you talking about? During the winter months my highest DTE bill was $28 and I'm home all the time. In the summer my highest DTE bill was $42 and I kept my air on all the time!!
