Years at this apartment: 2008 - 2009
 
I moved out the end of August...I just got a letter demanding that no only are they keeping my 775.00 deposit they want another 103.00 to pay for new carpet..when I moved in I paid an extra 25.00 a month for "new carpet". now they are saying it was really about 3 years old and my husband and I damaged the carpet sooo bad that it was replaced....I am demanding photos from Micheal but yet to get them....DO NOT BE FOOLED ABOUT THE FREE HEAT.....you will pay in the end.....I work at U of M hospital and you can bet that I will tell everyone of my horrible experience...
